convenient location excellent breakfast modern equipment spacious layout
i found the location convenient. it allowed for easy access to local attractions. the breakfast selection was excellent with varied options. the gym included modern equipment and a spacious layout.
i did experience a slight delay during check-in, but the staff resolved it quickly.

The hotel offers a large outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers. I found the fitness center to be well-equipped with treadmills and weights, a real plus for keeping up with my routine.

My room featured a king-sized bed with premium bedding. It also included a seating area and a work desk, amenities i really appreciated, furthermore, the bathroom had a rainfall shower.

The staff were really helpful and kind. They . the location is near everything, only a few minutes walk to the center and a short ride to the port. i was 100% satisfied with the hotel. The service was great!
The hallway lights turn on when you open the door. It can disturb others sleeping in the room. i think a switch could easily solve the problem.

convenient cafe extensive facilities
the hotel location is great near taksim square and istiklal street it made finding food easy a mado cafe and sushi restaurant connected to the hotel were convenient breakfast was well presented and requests were accommodated. the spa and pool area were relaxing and the gym had extensive facilities i enjoyed using them
i thought the hotel branded itself as a five star hotel however i found the service not quite on par with other five star hotels i have stayed at

unclean surface hygiene issue
the location allowed easy access to transportation options.
the room wasn't particularly clean i found that the staff seemed disinterested in addressing concerns hygiene was a notable issue after reporting unclean surfaces the cleaning looked rushed and incomplete the lack of attention to detail was disappointing
